=== ejv_ is now known as ejv [17:56] itnet7, good to see you...even if it's 2000 miles away. You're looking good. Didn't recognize you. [19:01] zoopster: hey there! [19:01] It was great to see you as well, We'll have catch up some time when there's a free weekend [19:06] itnet7, HELLO [19:06] govatent: hey there! [19:06] how was the trip? [19:06] It was pretty good, got home around 10:30 PM last night [19:06] wow crazy [19:07] i hope everyone up north is safe [19:07] Yeah, Began feeling a little jet lag. [19:07] oh yea. forgot about jet lag [19:08] I have heard from most of my family, and other than still having slight power issues it seems that they all did really well considering [19:09] good to hear [19:09] although i wish that for everyone up there. [19:09] I love that crossover deal you found. [19:09] I was debating about installing it though. [19:11] govatent: no worries [19:11] that was a good deal [19:11] it's good to install it, that way if someone comes up to you and needs help you have the experience [19:11] it's also good, so that you know what is out there, and the capabilities of Crossover vs. wine vs. cedega if you still have an account [20:13] itnet7 how was the flight? [20:15] roaksoax, HEY!!!! although i'm about to step away from the pc for a few mins [20:16] hi govatent [20:26] roaksoax: the flight was good! [20:26] itnet7 how about the last couplenof days there? [20:27] roaksoax: pretty good, Khairul and I went on a Canal Tour, it was pretty cool!! Then we walked around the City some more [20:28] the last day, I found the Crossfit gym, and did a workout with them. I was also able to find a geocache nearby [20:28] It was a pretty relaxing time [20:30] cool [20:30] were u able to find the xhocolates? [20:31] I didn't see anything that seemed like a good deal, and I was worried that they would not get here without smashing. I took back a lot of swag with me [20:31] Sorry [20:38] Anyone know of a screen capture program that has a circular buffer? I need something to keep a rotating recording of the last 15min of computer usage for IT support purposes. [20:39] I know the windows world has such software, and I could probably hack some CLI together to do it, but I'm looking for premade [20:41] We run a in house developed application here, and the is a language barrier with me and the users. So if I could just *see* what they where doing prior to the issue, that would help tremendously. [20:41] stickystyle: Danile (aka Lupine) created an application called pyscreenie [20:41] you can get it from his PPA [20:42] ppa:thelupine/ppa [20:42] itnet7 nonworries better caude i grew fatter lol [20:42] I believe [20:42] ;-) [20:42] roaksoax: did you install ubuntu on your n7? [20:45] itnet7: Yeah, that's almost there with what I want, periodically scheduled screenshots. I'll look at it, perhaps I can stitch together a MJEG when there is an issue. [20:45] Thanks for the pointer [20:45] No problem hope it helps [21:22] itnet7 nah... too slow :) [21:35] if you install zram-config it gets peppier and usable [21:35] bbl
