jefferaiHello there...I'm seeing a regression in kernel 3.6.3 (I'm not sure when it begins), as built by the Ceph guys, in bridging02:48
jefferaisome packets are being dropped on the floor going through a bridge to a VM02:48
jefferaidoesn't happen on the stock Precise kernel02:48
jefferaiif anyone can help me figure out how to debug this, I'd appreciate it02:49
jefferaithe later kernel is relatively important for using the Ceph RBD in-kernel driver02:49
apwjefferai, does it fail on hte 3.6.3 mainline kernel, that would tell you if it is 3.6.3 or something the ceph guys did12:51
=== yofel_ is now known as yofel
jefferaiapw: yeah, fails on mainline, and fails in 3.5 and 3.4 but not in 3.3. Currently on my 15th or so build of the vanilla kernel tree -- doing a git bisect to find out what's going on17:31
jefferaiapw: found it -- bisected to an exact changeset, a change in the ixgbe driver19:02
