If I run Eclipse, and change the color scheme a certain panel (not sure what to call it but is like a pop up used for overlays) gets the correct colour change the first time. If I change it again, this tooltip becomes black on black and I can't use it again. This happens even on new installs and is reproducable. For instance open eclipse, go in debbuging mode.
