[20:21] <Azelphur> Got a friend who's trying to run TF2 on xubuntu with a 7950,  on fglrx-updates it won't start at all, on the latest drivers (--buildpkg quantal) it works, but gets a poor frame rate, any ideas?

[21:42] <Azelphur> while on Ubuntu he gets 15-100 on low
[21:42] <Azelphur> so something is up, maybe a post on the AMD forums would be appropriate
