jibelgood morning08:49
vibhavpitti: Pushed changes for libiptcdata09:31
pittivibhav: can you please add a test dep on sharutils?09:32
pittivibhav: also, you don't specify a path in uudecode, does that actually find its file?09:33
vibhavah09:33
vibhavpitti: Done09:35
pittivibhav: so how did that ever work without the $PATH?09:36
pittierr, $MY_PATH09:36
vibhavI tested them locally09:36
pittibut the script does cd $(workdir)09:36
vibhavpitti: But the file is at $MYDIR, right?09:37
pittivibhav: sharutils, not sharutil10:03
vibhavugh typo10:06
vibhavpitti: pushed10:06
pittilibiptcdata_test: libiptcdata_test.c:11: main: Assertion `iptc_jpeg_read_ps3(file, buf, sizeof(buf)) == 0' failed.10:14
pittivibhav: ^10:14
pittivibhav: that reproduces perfectly well with just sh -ex debian/tests/build10:16
pittiuudecode /tmp/add-autopkgtest/debian/tests/sample.jpeg.base6410:16
pittithat looks wrong10:16
vibhavhmm10:16
pittioh, actually it is right, sorry10:16
pittiit just doesn't seem to do anything10:17
vibhavpitti: anything as in?10:17
pittiwell, I suppose you want it to write a sample.jpg file into debian/tests10:17
pitti(or better, into $WORKDIR)10:17
vibhavah10:18
pittivibhav: you might want to use -o $WORKDIR/sample.jpeg ?10:18
pittivibhav: that's what I mean with testing :)10:18
* vibhav slaps forhead10:19
pittioh, it does write sample.jpeg into the current dir by default10:19
pittibut that's the source root, not debian/tests/10:19
vibhavYes, it should10:19
pittivibhav: please never run tests in debian/tests, run them from the source root10:19
vibhavpitti: Do you mean "uudecode $MYDIR/sample.jpeg.base64 -o $WORKDIR/sample.jpeg"?10:22
pittivibhav: if that works, yes; usually you specify the option before the file name10:22
vibhavpitti: This works, should I push?10:23
pittisure10:23
pittivibhav: (I assume you adjusted teh path to sample.jpeg in the C code)10:24
vibhavpitti: Yep10:24
vibhav"file = fopen("$WORKDIR/sample.jpeg", "r");"10:24
vibhavpitti: btw, https://code.launchpad.net/~vibhavp/ubuntu/raring/libfann/add-autopkgtest/+merge/15118210:28
vibhavpitti: Ive tested these autokpgtests with sh -ex and they work perfectly fine10:29
pittivibhav: libiptcdata is happy now, thanks!10:33
pittivibhav: libfann works as well, sponsoring10:34
pittivibhav: please send these two to Debian10:34
pittivibhav: please add XS-Testsuite to libfann10:35
pittivibhav: libiptcdata is missing that as well, I'll add it during sponsoring10:35
pittivibhav: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/raring/libiptcdata/raring/revision/1210:37
vibhavmeh10:42
vibhavI forgot tat10:42
vibhavthat*10:42
vibhavpitti: Added and pushed :)10:45
pittivibhav: I don't see a new commit on https://code.launchpad.net/~vibhavp/ubuntu/raring/libfann/add-autopkgtest/+merge/151182, I'll retry in a minute; might be LP delay10:46
vibhavpitti: Works now10:48
vibhavpitti: Btw, why does the distro series change to UNRELEASED while merging? I set it to raring during dch -i10:51
pittivibhav: I set it back to UNREELASED10:51
pittivibhav: because that would be a lie, that version wasn't uploaded to rarin10:51
pittionly what is actually in lp:ubuntu/* is what's in the distro10:51
vibhavAnd not in raring10:51
pittiI did dch -rm / debcommit -r for the upload10:51
vibhavah, I see10:52
vibhavAnd then you upload it to raring10:52
pittivibhav: yes, that looks like http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/raring/libfann/raring/revision/1210:53
vibhavokay, forwarded libiptcdata to debian10:55

eugene_PHello. I was executing testcase for Fileroller ( http://packages.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/258/builds/38181/testcases/1418/results ) and found a mistake on the sixth step. According to it, I must click "Add a folder to archive" button, but there is no such  button in  newer versions of fileroller .15:06

smartboyhweugene_P, can you report a bug?15:11
