Then mount the iso, on commandline e.g. with 'mount -o loop /path/to/srcd.iso /mnt/temp'. Then navigate to /mnt/temp and there is install_usb.sh or something like this. If you run this on the console, it will show you detected USB disks and when you confirm it, it will install to this usb drive (make [13:53] sure the usb stick is empty). then you can umount /mnt/test and even remove the .iso file, since the usb stick can boot on its own now.
