Logan_Can someone please requeue this build? https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-testtools/0.9.29-2/+build/453615302:06
ScottKLogan_: A retry won't help.02:09
Logan_python-extras appears to be available now in Saucy, though.02:10
ScottKpython-extras in universe and python-testtools is in main.02:10
ScottKSo it's not available as a build dep until it's promoted to main.02:10
Logan_Oh, durrr. I'm silly.02:10
ScottKIt happens to all of us.02:10

Sven_vBhi :)10:31
Sven_vBis there a trick to bookmark the LP login site with the e-mail filled in and input focus on the password field? i tried Github-style https://login.launchpad.net/?email=user@host.tld but it seems that's not the trick.10:35
wgrantSven_vB: No, there's no way to do that. Most people just remain logged in.10:37
lifelessor use autocomplete in your browser?10:38
Sven_vBlifeless, thanks, already tried that. works less customizable than i'm trying to have it.10:43
Sven_vBwgrant, thanks, maybe i'll feature request that.10:43
lifelessYou could submit a patch. It would be a canonical-identity-provider patch, not Launcpad.10:44
maxbA javascript bookmark or greasemonkeyish script, perhaps10:51
maxbAlthough I do wonder just how many identities you have :-)10:51
Sven_vBon LP, one. however the browser profile is re-created at boot time from a template for several users, so i try to keep it free from personal data. except bookmarks, which are inserted locally after deploy.11:20
Sven_vBis there also a trick to move the lines up or down wihout extending the selection and without changing caret position wihtin the line?11:26

psusiso it seems that launchpad still can not be logged into using lynx ( now it seems that lp insists on a referrer header, which lynx refuses to send after a a form due to security concerns ).. what was the workaround to beat launchpadlib into being logged in?15:49
psusiok, managed to get over that hurdle... now it looks like something broke on the lp end: AttributeError: https://api.staging.launchpad.net/1.0/ubuntu/+source/hubackup/+bug/64594 object has no attrib15:54

TheLordOfTimeI take it PPAs can't build for maverick or earlier (except for Lucid)?20:05
TheLordOfTimeactually i lied20:06
TheLordOfTimeunless someone says otherwise, of course...20:06
maxbPPAs cannot build for any release which has been moved out of the main archive, and hence no longer appears here: http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/20:07
maxbTheLordOfTime: ^20:07
TheLordOfTimemaxb:  explain natty building then20:07
* maxb advises TheLordOfTime to read the list better :-)20:08
* TheLordOfTime yawns20:08
TheLordOfTimemaxb:  remind me to recode you to be less annoying, such advisories aren't helpful20:08
TheLordOfTimemaxb:  anyways, now that I have that confirmation i can cancel the updates for a couple of the nginx builds I have to do20:08
TheLordOfTime(for PPAs)20:08
maxbThere's no need to sulk, just because I observed that you'd misread the list I provided :-/20:09
TheLordOfTimemaxb:  okay, any idea when maverick's stuff was moved out?20:10
TheLordOfTimeout of curiosity is all20:10
TheLordOfTime(and it's not sulking, it's me being annoyed that i missed notices about such things)20:10
maxbI do not think notices are typically sent, as far as I know20:12
maxbI think they can be archived at the convenience of those managing the infrastructure once the relevant release has passed EOL20:13
TheLordOfTimeso basically just check daily to see when stuff fails and then deal with it...20:18
TheLordOfTimeright, that makes sense...20:18
TheLordOfTimeexcept for the part the PPA uploader is accepting uploads for EOL releases...20:19
TheLordOfTimethat's kind of a "wait, what?" thing...20:19
=== tasdomas_afk is now known as tasdomas
maxbAlternatively just don't support EOL releases in PPAs20:22
TheLordOfTimemaxb:  yeah, well, tell that to the 50 people emailing me saying "UPDATE FOR [eolreleasehere]"20:28
TheLordOfTimetoo bad slapping them all is out of the question... *sigh*20:28
TheLordOfTimei'm getting timeout bugs when I try and modify a PPA's description... anyone know why?20:51
TheLordOfTimes/timeout bugs/timeouts/20:51
TheLordOfTime(but the PPA page does NOT time out)20:51
