[12:28] <blubber> I'm experiencing a problem on my fresh Ubuntu 13.04 install, not sure if I should report a bug in launchpad.
[12:28] <blubber> The problem is that periodically my computer stalls for a short period (lees then a second).
[12:29] <blubber> After that it resumes as usual.
[12:29] <blubber> I looked at top, the logs and vmstat, but I can't find anything out of the ordinary.
