| genii-around | The main problem is that Bell contracted Cellpipe to make a draft VDSL2 modem which has nonstandardized protocol. And then on the DSLAM side they used matching linecards. So you can't just go buy a regular VDSL2 modem and have it work with Bell, since they are using a proprietary spinoff version. | 21:02 |
