It was mini computer. Well, I need an update. Not the Ubuntu for tablet thing that came out just like the ubuntu phone, the one i tested a few months ago, the mini computer... I dont know what I'm supposed to look for on google, i just keep finding the Tablet version of Ubuntu Phone... [21:45] Unless it is the same thing, could someone please help me and point me in the right direction? [21:49] isaias: here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Nexus7/Installation [21:49] you'll have to install it manually though, I think [21:50] the files are here: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/13.04/release/ [21:50] ubuntu-13.04-preinstalled-desktop-armhf+nexus7.bootimg and ubuntu-13.04-preinstalled-desktop-armhf+nexus7.img.gz [22:10] tassadar_: Thank you! :D [22:11] this desktop version is discontinued though - 13.04 is last image, there will be no newer ones [22:11] aww [22:11] but, it works just fine, right? [22:11] yeah [22:12] then thats alright :P [22:12] there is still that touch bug, but besides that it works fine [22:12] touch bug...i was hoping that was fixed, lol. ehh, i'll get around it xD [22:13] question about the tablet version though. I was using the tablet for coding. bought a keyboard and everything... could I still code and run terminal applications on the ubuntu tablet? (not the desktop version) [22:15] not yet, if you have keyboard and mouse and wanna code, then the desktop version is better [22:17] ok. thanks for the advice :)
