[10:49] no man i get sis to buy the seperate spices , herbs etc then i use what i wanna [10:50] separate [10:50] only use a mixed herbs mix [10:50] other stuff all singles [10:51] fry onions with cumin seeds, star aniseed, cinnamon sticks [10:51] add diced potatoe, fry a bit, add cut carrots, fry more [10:52] then you can add whatever other veg you like, softer veg goes in last. [10:52] for the gravy (which is actually called chutney) you add chopped tomatoes or tinned if you like. [10:53] I like fresh tomatoes and use like 6 or more. it makes the sauce [10:53] and the secret is to use a lot of freshly finely chopped cilantro. also called danja.
