=== psivaa-afk is now known as psivaa [16:05] Hi, I reported a bug in Ubuntu's Xorg the other day (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/+bug/1240623) [16:05] Ubuntu bug 1240623 in xorg-server (Ubuntu) "XShmGetImage returns junk/garbage in between monitors" [Undecided,New] [16:06] I'm wondering what the timescale is for investigating it. We have customers on Ubuntu, who might be upgrading soon, so knowing whether you'll fix it in an update, or whether we need to write a workaround for the bug, would be helpful. [16:31] too quick [17:05] know the info _would_ be helpful, but _only_ if the information is provided quickly [17:15] tjaalton, i've got one for you [17:16] oh no [17:16] i've got one app here, xchat-gnome, that has a bunch of corrupted video crap in the titlebar [17:16] i talked to gcampax about it, and he suggests it's the graphics driver [17:16] intel/ivybridge/saucy [17:17] ah, there are some filed against -intel [17:18] the titlebar is basically transparent [17:18] and it doesn't matter if i use old xchat-gnome code or the latest [17:18] maybe file a new bug against -intel and see how quickly ickle reacts [17:18] ok
