[10:00] boo [10:00] "The membership of Ubuntu UK (ubuntu-uk) in the Verified LoCo Teams [10:00] (locoteams-verified) team has expired" [10:00] is this bad? [12:28] popey: who can I contact to work on the UK reverificcation? [12:28] we have no contact in the bug for that [12:28] we == LoCo Council [12:47] PabloRubianes: AlanBell ☻ [12:48] popey: adding [12:49] popey: I will extend UK for a month so the team has time to work on the reverification [12:49] thanks PabloRubianes [12:49] no problem [13:54] I started the reverification page [13:58] AlanBell: Excellent! [13:59] If you need any help please let us know. I know that I'm still working on ours for Ubuntu Ohio that I have to abstain from voting on in my capacity as a member of LoCo Council. [14:01] I am not quite sure what is different between reverification and the old reapproval system [14:01] I am guessing some bits are simplified? [14:02] AlanBell: We're only worried about 3 things [14:02] 1. Are you the Point of Contact who is shown on LP who has signed the Code of Conduct? Being an Ubuntu Member exceeds that but is not required. [14:03] 2. Do you have configured the digital infrastructure (Wiki, LP, LoCo Portal, IRC Channel, etc.) and use it in accord with team naming standards? [14:04] 3. Do you have activity showing that you are a live group? [14:04] s/configured the digital infrastructure/the digital infrastructure configured/ [14:05] Activity can be shown by linking back to LoCo portal, team reports, pictures, presenting a bulleted list, or however you wish to show such [14:06] It is supposed to be a happy time to celebrate success and not a brutal interrogation [14:07] The 4th & 5th things we wonder about are: What are your community's plans for "the future", however you define that, and whether or not you have any issues you wish to raise that we may help you address [14:09] AlanBell: The main goals on our part are to check-in, celebrate successes, see where we can provide aid & assistance if needed, and provide encouragement toward future success [14:09] SEE ALSO: http://lococouncil.ubuntu.com/2013/10/25/the-new-era-from-approval-to-verification/ [14:11] Links to two applications we've already passed upon can be found here: http://lococouncil.ubuntu.com/2013/10/16/results-of-the-loco-council-meeting-oct-15th-2013/ [14:11] * skellat disappears to handle other matters === wickedpuppy2 is now known as wickedpuppy [14:16] ok skellat I will make sure we cover that, was there a loco council bug to add it to, or the council agenda? [14:35] AlanBell: do you prefer to follow the process in a meeting or via email? [14:41] meeting is good [14:44] AlanBell: then you need to add yourself to the agenda [14:47] ok === LjL is now known as LjL` === LjL` is now known as LjL === jono is now known as Guest50058 === jono is now known as Guest21711 === JanC_ is now known as JanC === txwikinger is now known as txwikinger2 === txwikinger2 is now known as txwikinger
