[05:13] <mhall119> ok, so quickly checking the code, it's only available to team admins, it doesn't check for loco-council membership
[05:14] <mhall119> it wouldn't be terribly hard to add that check, but you'd need to file a bug and it'll require a release and deployment of loco-team-portal, so it wouldn't be a quick fix
