ashipikaGood day MaaS11:51
ashipikaJust testing MaaS on Ubuntu 13.10.. Three computers, one installed with ubuntu server 13.10, MaaS - create new, configure dhcp, etc. Commisioned other two computers as nodes (raring, wake on lan, since i do not have IPMI), accepted.. Now it looks like it is installing.. But all i see is a blank screen and after a while, the node shuts down. Is this what is expected?11:54

AzendaleDoes anyone know how of any log Curtin uses that I can look at? I'm trying to figure out the root cause of https://bugs.launchpad.net/curtin/+bug/125311115:42
ubot5Ubuntu bug 1253111 in curtin "Juju on MaaS fails to bootstrap when MaaS uses the curtin installer on the node" [Undecided,New]15:42
rvbaAzendale: the two things I can think about are: /var/log/maas/rsyslog/<ip_or_machine_name> or the node's console when curtin tries to install the machine.16:44
rvbaAzendale: maybe smoser will be able to help since he's the maintainer of curtin.16:44
rvba(he does not seem to be around right now, but you can probably try to ping him later if he doesn't respond on the bug you've filed.)16:45
Azendalervba: thanks. I can't see any log file for that node, but I'll give it another try and see. I actually was talking with smoser in one of the vuds sessions a few minutes ago (about something else)16:49
