[15:55] <PatrickDickey> Thanks BluesKaj. Right now my issue is that I can't even get the Live DVD (for Saucy) to boot on my laptop. Either with UEFI enabled, or with CSM (Legacy BIOS enabled). I can get other DVD's to boot in CSM Mode, so I'm guessing it's the graphics driver. But, I'm not sure either way.

[16:05] <PatrickDickey> Well eventually. I'm trying to install 13.10 right now. One of the google results hinted at the card not being supported yet. That's why I figured I'd ask about the support in Trusty.
[16:06] <PatrickDickey> I've got a Lubuntu DVD around here that I know is good. I'll try it. Just on the off-chance that it's my DVD.
[16:07] <BluesKaj> yeah , that UEFI  has become a problem , I'm not looking forward to installing Kubuntu on the new lenovo laptop I'll be receiving in a few days ...it uses intel for most HW including graphics
