[20:39] tacorwin: Yes. [20:41] how can I flash it onto an android netbook? [20:43] and thanks infinity [20:46] tacorwin: That second question is much more involved. Just because our userspace runs on A9 SOCs (and it does), doesn't mean we ship a kernel or an installer that supports your specific product (we probably dont). [20:47] So you'd need to find a kernel that works, and figure out a clever way to get ubuntu-core on there as a chroot in your Android setup, or as the new base system. [20:50] seeing as I'm not the smartest person when it comes to the whole "replacing Android with another os", this seems a bit over my head. is there any easy way to learn this? [21:06] tacorwin: Mostly just diving in and getting your hands dirty. Or finding a friend who knows what they're doing to help and/or do it for you. [21:09] does this involve any programming, besides sh? [21:10] tacorwin: Probably not, if you can find a kernel that works (and if your device runs Android, then you already have one). [21:12] yeah, it runs android. [21:16] I really do appreciate all of the help infinity! [21:16] thanks! === wgrant_ is now known as wgrant
