[18:15] I'm extremely new to the whole ARM mini-esque world [18:15] I was looking at a BeagleBone Black [18:15] my primary intention is to run ubuntu [18:16] ubuntu runs fine on the black using a 3rd party kernel [18:16] ok [18:17] shame they're all sold out in the UK atm :( [18:17] christmas rush, they've been sold out everywhere.. [18:17] hence why my first Q was about the Pi [18:17] i read rumours of them 'selling out' to drive up demand [18:17] but hey, don't believe everything you read on the net ;) [18:18] they are built to order.. they don't have 10K sitting on the shelf.. [18:18] so when demand > supply this happens.. [18:19] oh, I wasn't aware of that === calculu5 is now known as calculus === cmagina_ is now known as cmagina
