grant___I'm getting USB buffer underruns on 3.4 which I have to stick with due to the old binary video drivers available for the Pandaboard. The buffer underruns disappear if the system is under load such as when compiling a kernel. I have CONFIG_CPU_FREQ=n, CONFIG_CPU_IDLE=n, and acpi=off. Where else should I look to fix this?23:06
lilsteviegrant___, do you get a stack trace or anything?23:20
grant___lilstevie: I just get these: "ehci-omap.0: detected DataBufferErr"23:21
grant___and audible gaps in music streaming via jackd over the ethernet interface which goes over USB23:21
lilsteviegrant___, I would probably file a bug against the kernel package :)23:22
grant___it's fixed in newer kernels but I have to stick with the old one for video23:22
lilstevieyou could backport the fix23:25
grant___lilstevie: how could I figure out where the fix is?23:37
