[00:28] hi all. [00:28] can someone tell me if there is a way to get the description from the config file? [00:28] er the conf file [00:28] using initctl? === nikias_ is now known as nikias === Trevinho_ is now known as Trevinho [14:24] stgraber: hi - could you test https://code.launchpad.net/~cameronnemo/upstart/ipv6/+merge/204599 on ipv6 when you get a chance? [14:27] jodh: I could but not very soon, got a bunch of stuff to do before LXC rc1. However if you have that branch built, you can trivially test it yourself even without a global IPv6. Just test with localhost (::1). === Guest89590 is now known as JanC === evilshadeslayer is now known as shadeslayer === shadeslayer is now known as Guest3206 [17:23] jodh: is there a way to "query" if a job is set to "manual" over initctl? [17:23] jodh: or over dbus? [17:26] xnox: the best you can do is use show-config to determine if 'start on' is set. This is not reliable though since the 'start on' either was no specified, or was cleared via 'manual' - you can't know which. [17:26] jodh: ack. Going for compatible solution then ;-) [17:27] jodh: http://paste.ubuntu.com/6874114/ [17:27] jodh: not suitable for user-session, since it has gazzilion of directories that can have override =) but then again wait-for is not shipped as a session job either. [17:28] xnox: ack - agreed. === SpamapS_ is now known as SpamapS === shadeslayer_ is now known as shadeslayer
