[15:22] The graphic card is RV710 [15:30] hm, also my /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/ directory was last modified in october [15:37] oh I see. It actually odesen't contain newer packages for precise [15:47] So it looks like the best/most up to date packages I can get on Precise is to use the LTS Enablement to raring stuff? [15:48] but then again I'm hitting some race condition on startup there that I have to check and sort out [17:28] Hey does anybody know which mesa version you are going to use for 14.04? [17:28] And does anybody know where the ubuntu kernel guys hang out? [17:29] We (VMware) would like to backport some hw enablement code to the 14.04 kernel. [17:32] Prf_Jakob, try #ubuntu-kernel [17:33] ogra_: thanks [17:52] Prf_Jakob: 10.1 is the plan [17:53] 10.1.x [17:57] tjaalton: thanks === jono is now known as Guest56083
