=== FreezingAlt is now known as FreezingCold === zz_zz_mwhudson is now known as mwhudson [08:02] Hello [08:02] I've submitted a bug report (regarding a kernel bug) on launchpad almost two years ago [08:02] recently, the bug status has been set to Triaged and I was told to read this wiki page: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/kernel [08:02] I've read it but I've got some doubts yet. A dev has told me to contact the kernel team for preparing a faultless upstream report [08:04] 1) Please take care that when you provide the below information, you should be booted into the newest available upstream mainline kernel only. Failure to do this will have negative unintended consequences. [08:04] I've tested the 3.14-rc1 kernel too [08:06] 2) While booted into the newest mainline kernel only describe how the bug is reproducible in the latest mainline kernel only. If this is a regression, please note the specific commit. [08:07] there is a regression compared to previous kernels I've tried [08:07] this is not the original bug anymore [08:08] What can I do? Any ideas? === mwhudson is now known as zz_mwhudson === zz_mwhudson is now known as mwhudson === mwhudson is now known as zz_mwhudson === DarkPlayer_ is now known as DarkPlayer === zz_mwhudson is now known as mwhudson === Nafallo_ is now known as Nafallo === mwhudson is now known as zz_mwhudson === zz_mwhudson is now known as mwhudson
