[03:35] qjackctl no longer seems to remember last window positions. [03:36] Quite annoying. Used to be The first time started qjackctl would go to screen centre then if I moved it to a convenient corner it would always start in the same place. [03:38] Now, I have the qjackctl systray icon turned on. Click on it once the controller vanishes. Click again it comes back... but in the centre of the screen. [03:39] But stopping the whole app and restarting works. [03:40] Ah, window position gets saved at application termination. [03:41] Turning the compositor off makes some of the systray icons go away [03:51] There is a space for them and clicking on that space works. Turning compositor back on makes the space vanish too. [03:52] I am guessing this is still part of the switch to gnome/gtk 3 stuff. [03:53] I am still not happy with latency. It is not as good for me as it has been. I will have to play with things. [03:53] nother reboot [04:12] Kernel oops showed up a again. [04:13] :( [04:13] It was fine on the first boot, but showed up on the second [04:29] I seem to have two systray clocks too [04:30] There is a systray icon that is blank to do with charactor mapping. [04:31] This is aside from the keyboard language icon that works. [04:31] zequence: ^^^ lots of rambling, off to bed now. [05:25] OvenWerk1: Good night. [05:25] Time for me to get up :) [05:26] lmms 1.0 is awaiting approval [05:26] As for the XFCE bugs, I've seen some stuff waiting to be sponsored. Let's hope that gets sorted out [05:27] I had no volume control earlier [05:36] Only a fix for xfce4-xkb-plugin and xfburn waiting to be uploaded [05:37] my email sorter is failing, since the ssl certificate is not good :( [07:36] did some more fixes to the lmms branch, but my shlibs foo is poor [07:37] now it's technically speaking correct, if just the handling of the shlibs issue is alright [07:37] no more lintian errors [21:10] zequence: it looks possible the kernel oops is related to the gpu. Will do some testing, but it seem to happen right after unblanking screen. [21:19] OvenWerk1: Any chance you could test with another driver, or another GPU? [21:19] OvenWerk1: Please file a bug report anyhow [21:19] The bug report is there and active. [21:20] I want to let the screen time out and see if it hits again. [21:20] I want to see if it goes away with the open driver too. [21:20] time to pick up my son, back later. [21:21] OvenWerk1: I'll be going to sleep soon. Catch you latr :)
