Both are running headless nm 0.9.6 on Ubuntu 12.04. On the x86 wifi roaming works perfectly < 1.0s, and on the arm roaming does not work at all. Is there anything I need to check? [21:03] *the state of support [21:09] The ubuntu wiki page on ARM is pretty out dated [21:13] arpd: The state of support is there isn't any kernel support, as always, unless you have your own. [21:17] infinity: Unless I have my own? i.e. unless I use the one distributed with chromeos? [21:19] arpd: Right. In other words, we don't support it at all, but our userspace will run fine on a chromebook if you provide a kernel and drivers and figure out how to install it. [21:21] infinity: Would you have any advice for where I should start looking try and get the chromeos kernel and drivers, and ubuntu working together? [21:21] arpd: No idea, sorry. I don't have a Chromebook. I'm sure there are HOWTOs and blog posts out there. [21:22] infinity: Right, thanks for the help.
