j0llynobody?16:06
caeserFor anyone using Midori, does Adblock work in Private Browsing?17:19
cjwatsonj0lly: The PPA's Packages file (in dists/) has Filename fields that list all the filenames relative to the PPA root.17:19
cjwatsoncaeser: I think you're in the wrong channel for that; this channel is about launchpad.net17:20
caesergotcha.  Since Midori is on Launchpad, I didn't know if it would be okay to post this question before filing a bug report.17:20
caeserSorry.17:20
cjwatsonI mean, this channel's for the operation of the website itself; I'm afraid there's rather too much hosted on it for us to have a hope of answering questions about any of it :-)17:21
caeserFair enough lol.  Have a good day.17:22
cjwatsonj0lly: So for instance:   for x in $(wget -q -O- http://ppa.launchpad.net/cjwatson/launchpad/ubuntu/dists/lucid/main/binary-i386/Packages | grep-dctrl -nsFilename ''); do wget "http://ppa.launchpad.net/cjwatson/launchpad/ubuntu/$x"; done17:26
cjwatsonadjust to taste17:26
tewardis it possible within launchpad to copy a package from the repositories to a PPA, or does that have to be a manual upload by the ppa maintainer?18:33
j0llycjwatson, thanks for the hint.. bit late because i had to fill a manual list and cycle over it.. in the end took me the time to write down that fuk*n 108 packages :/ thanks anyway, i'll pin the url :)20:02
cjwatsonteward: Sure, you can do that using the API.  The copy-package program in lp:ubuntu-archive-tools has the necessary code and will let you do that kind of thing.20:48
cjwatsonteward: (It's not exposed in the UI, as far as I know.)20:48
cjwatsonteward: Just be careful with the options, in particular whether you need to use -b.20:48
cjwatsonj0lly: Well, the URL above was just an example, but easy to substitute.20:49
j0llycjwatson, yes, i ment the expression :)20:49
