[21:58] <Speed> hi, so I'm having a weird issue with upstart on ubuntu 12.04, ran inside a vagrant vm: none of my custom init scripts (that worked half a year ago) seem to work
[21:59] <Speed> everything seems to silently fail with no log output whatsoever

[22:00] <Speed> put it under /etc/init/test.conf
[22:00] <Speed> sudo start test
[22:00] <Speed> nothing. there's no file created in /tmp, there's no log output in /var/log/upstart/test.log
