[15:16] <cjwatson> it just fails to render the actual menu in any sensible way

[15:32] <xnox> cjwatson: jibel: i386 in a VM boots without any cmdline args, and if there is no one of "maybe-ubiquity" "only-ubiquity" it would boot into live session mode.
