Steps taken: 1) installd samba, libpam-krb5, winbind 2) configured /etc/krb5.conf, /etc/samba/smb.conf, /etc/nsswitch..conf & /etc/pam.d/samba 3) joined machine to domain 4) enumeration of groups & users work (using wbinfo -u & wbinfo -g) 5) authentication of domain users work using wbinfo --krb5auth=<username>.
