[10:56] morning [10:59] morning [11:01] Hey rick_h__. Have you (or anybody else here not awake just yet) had any experience with Alfresco or Huddle (sharepoint alternatives)? [11:02] wolfger: no, not here [12:15] I read about Alfresco once. That is all. [13:29] Good morning [13:29] I looked at Alfresco for a project at work [13:30] Not sure of the functionality of Sharepoint, but it seemed like a pretty heavy-duty document store. [13:31] Which seems to be primarily how we are using SharePoint... [13:31] but this thing is a turd. Permissions are a rat's nest, and nothing about it is user friendly at all. [13:32] Well it's built on Java [13:33] I'm leaning towards Huddle on the basis of how good Huddle makes itself sound, but I was hoping to get an endorsement of something from somebody who's actually used it. [13:34] I'm also terrified that suggesting something else will wind up making me the admin of it for the rest of my days of employment. :-o [13:35] https://www.usenix.org/conference/woot14/workshop-program/presentation/adrian [13:35] http://goo.gl/tNwGlg - Zippier ZMap: Internet-Wide Scanning at 10 Gbps | USENIX [13:35] go blue [13:39] wolfger: There's also Mayan EDMS, which I know nothing about except it's written in Python (and Django, I think) http://www.mayan-edms.com/ [13:39] http://goo.gl/rm0Un - Home | Mayan EDMS [14:19] We had high opinions of Nuxeo as well [14:23] I think there's a "free" version out there of Nuxeo. In order to customize it you will want their cloud package. [14:35] cmaloney: Interesting defensive shield you have there [15:30] brousch: Thanks. :) [15:30] I'm hoping to keep it. :) [17:21] So who's coming to BarCampGR tonight or tomorrow? [17:21] Had I realized it was this weekend I might have planned better. :) [17:22] kyle is coming out, he represents my team :P [17:22] rick_h__: Oh good, I don't see him enough [17:23] cmaloney: You had notice :P [17:36] brousch: I needed more notice. :) [18:55] cmaloney: This next part of the game will get interesting [19:20] brousch: yeah, a 13x13 board is a lot bigger than a 9x9 board [19:20] gives a completely different feel to the game.
