I seem to remember there was a bzr option to only get the current state. [17:38] reversiblean: --lightweight [17:38] but then you want to commit and push [17:38] Ampelbein: thanks for the info. that's what i was looking for. [17:38] to your own branch [17:38] would that work with --lightweight? [17:40] Let me try. [17:41] Meh, seems to download the whole branch when pushing. [17:43] But you can use it to create a debdiff and attach that to the bugreport. Seems more sensible than pointlessly downloading hundreds of MB of data. [18:13] hi. i have a strange problem with launchpads ppa-system [18:15] onli: What is the problem? [18:17] Ampelbein, I pushed a new code version to https://launchpad.net/~onli/+archive/ubuntu/simdock, that is not changing the build process. but the resulting package for i386 spits an "unknown machine command" error at a specific point of the program (when clicking an icon) that is not there on a local compile [18:18] I do know that error only from trying programs for amd64 on i386, but this is after the program itself started. So i'm stumped what's happening there [18:19] Let me check. [18:20] Does that happen for all releases? [18:22] I only checked the i386-version, but if you mean for all of the packages ever made: no, that is new [18:22] it worked before [18:23] No, I mean if it happens in Utopic and Trusty for example or only on Utopic [18:26] ah, ok. Trusty, I only tested trusty [18:28] Hmm, I can't see anything obviously wrong. [18:28] Sorry. [18:29] Ok, thanks for trying [18:31] Ampelbein: Why do I get "bzr: ERROR: lp:~reversiblean/+junk/ has no associated product or source package." when running 'bzr lp-propose'? [18:34] I'll idle a while, if someone has an idea… I seriously have not one idea apart from "the build system must differ" === gaspa_ is now known as gaspa
