[23:15] <lazyPower> hazmat: digital ocean isn't making this easy - the provisioner on their side is being pokey today and it keeps timing out when i'm trying to record the bootstrap :(
[23:15] <lazyPower> is there a way for me to crank up the timeout wait for the juju-docean plugin to wait longer than the default 5 minutes? it's taking close to 8 to get an instance back
