=== TheMaster is now known as Unit193 [01:50] <fastforward> Good evening, all. [01:53] <Unit193> Howdy. [01:53] <Unit193> So I take it, you're a user of MATE? [02:00] <fastforward> Yes. [02:01] <fastforward> I'm very happy with it so far. [02:05] <Unit193> Ah, I know someone else that uses that too. [02:08] <fastforward> What DE are you using? [02:10] <Unit193> Xfce. [02:11] <wrst> There is going to be an official mate Ubuntu edition coming soon [02:11] <Unit193> Mhmm, saw that. [02:23] <fastforward> I'm going to be doing some of the QA on the Ubuntu-MATE project. [02:25] <fastforward> I was using Mint, but when I discovered MATE on Ubuntu not so long ago, I switched back. Too much silver in Mint. :) [02:26] * Unit193 stays silent, and points to wrst. [02:44] * fastforward is confused. [11:39] <wrst> Unit193: quit pointing [14:07] <wrst> morning fastforward [14:10] <fastforward> Morning, wrst. [14:11] <wrst> how are you doing? [14:15] <fastforward> Doing fine. About to run off to morning standups. How about yourself? [14:17] <wrst> doing well trying to get in the groove of getting things done [15:03] <fastforward> Same here. I'm finding that I work best when I can dedicate 2 hour chunks of time and sprint through them. Otherwise, the day seems to slip away. [19:15] <wrst> about iphones or something else? :) [21:00] <fastforward> Ha! I was jabbing a friend about his iPhone 6+ and it boiled over on Twitter. Turns out, he'd been getting it all day and I just got the brunt of his frustrations. [21:02] <wrst> :) [21:02] <wrst> the 6 plus is so stinking big [21:02] <wrst> i hav ea nexus 5 and its pretty much at the top end of bigness that I want [21:08] <fastforward> I got the HTC One and I don't want a screen any larger than that. I think it's a great phone. I wish I could get the Nexus 5 on Verizon, but they want too much control over the phones.
