[19:22] <tubbo> i am running a bg job queue (resque) and it requires 4 workers. i'd like 1 master process to manage those 4 workers, also managed via upstart
[19:22] <tubbo> the main process, however, i'm forced to put in a pre-start script otherwise upstart fails to track its PID (guess because it doesn't actually have one)
