Hulksmashguess i had to adds the 2 logical partitions first before making the primary(which was 4th primary)23:12
phillwHulksmash: not making a lot of sense...23:15
phillwas swap is 'swap' it is not ext2 etc.23:16
Hulksmashi installed lubuntu but it won't boot imgur.com/oLgoYLV help please23:33
Hulksmashphillw: thank you, noted23:36
Hulksmashi still need help :(23:36
phillwHulksmash: are you booting from CD or USB?23:38
Hulksmashphillw: usb boot works but post install boot hdd doesn't23:44
phillwHulksmash: when you boot the usb device, ask it to do a "check CD". that way we know your USB is not corrupt.23:45
Hulksmashphillw: i've used this usb to install many distros23:45
phillwusb writing is some what hit and miss at the moment23:45
phillwHulksmash: that matters not, it is if the ISO is corrupted that we need to check... only takes a few minutes :)23:46
Hulksmashphillw: ok how do i check cd23:47
phillwboot with it and select 'check CD', this also works on DVD / USB sticks, just a legacy name for doing the full md5 checksum.23:48
Hulksmashcheck disc for defects23:50
Hulksmashno errors found23:51
Hulksmashit seems to be a problem with uuid?23:52
phillwHulksmash: good, that means we have a good ISO to install from23:52
