It seems overly complicated and ad-hoc to me. [08:30] rvba, bigjools: Also, the APIRPCErrorsMiddleware should actually turn that error into a 409; I’m surprised it’s not doing. [09:52] bigjools: gmb: when PowerActionAlreadyInProgress is raised, the http code is 409 (Conflict). [09:53] rvba: The middleware is catching it then, good. [09:53] gmb: bigjools changed this to 403. But I'm not sure we should catch the exception and transform it. Either we stick to 409 or we change the middleware. [09:53] Not sure the error’s necessarily right, but no-one complained at the time… [09:54] rvba: Agreed. Does Ubuntu 14.10 include MAAS 1.7 and if so what state is that version in? Is 1.7 actually released becuase from teh docs I can't tell? [16:15] lovea: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/maas/1.7.0~beta8+bzr3272-0ubuntu1 [16:22] roaksoax: Thanks for that. So its a late beta at present [16:23] lovea: yup, RC should be this week [16:26] roaksoax: Cool. When is the final release being targeted for? Hoping to get updated docs that show how to use (and even prepare!) other OS boot images. MAAS is perfect for what I need once this is in place. [16:52] lovea: November 6th [16:53] lovea: and great to hear that [16:56] roaksoax: Great stuff, thanks a million === wolsen|away is now known as wolsen [17:56] good day folks. I'm rolling out a proof-of-concept openstack cluster, and elected to use MAAS to do it. My MAAS controller is built on 14.10, and I'd like to deploy the cluster with the same version. [17:57] I can't quite figure out how to add 14.10 as an installation source, though. I followed the docs (I think), but it doesn't show up in the web UI. === jfarschman is now known as MilesDenver === roadmr is now known as roadmr_afk [19:17] I'm running MaaS on Dell PowerEdge M620 blades. When installing Ubuntu 14.04 (or 12.04) it only uses 8GB of the 146GB HDD for the filesystem. Does anyone have an idea why, and how to make it use the whole drive? === CyberJacob|Away is now known as CyberJacob === roadmr_afk is now known as roadmr === CyberJacob is now known as CyberJacob|Away
