[13:44] <cjwatson> kalxas: My own network is sufficiently awful that I can't properly check right now, but the standard reason for this kind of problem is that your upload wasn't signed, or was signed by a key not registered in Launchpad.

[13:46] <maxb> If the problem is in verifying the signature, Launchpad may not have established your identity to know who it should email
