[17:39] <cjwatson> leitao: most Ubuntu builds happen in proposed nowadays, but there are some exceptions.  In the case of the first build there, it was part of the initial ppc64el bootstrap, which was operating mostly on packages that had already auto-migrated from trusty-proposed to trusty.
