[21:01] wrst: Ubuntu no, Debian yes [21:04] wrst: Ubuntu no, Xubuntu yes. [21:21] Is uefi a deal? [21:22] "A deal"? Pain in the butt... [21:23] Still feels half-baked, or the ones I've played with at least. Features not working, etc. [22:35] wrst: I'd say it's not bad, it depends on the board it's in, wether it's half baked or not [22:36] I did something unique with it that didn't work as well as switching to legacy bios mode [22:36] an option on my motherboard for my ultrabook since I don't have anything UEFI only in it's specs, but not an option in some motherboards [22:37] Old laptop had BIOS and WOL worked like a charm, new computer has UEFI and when you enable WOL it just sits there like an idiot sitting on his hands... [22:37] Also UEFI is how I opened up the full menu on my ultrabook, they tried locking out AMD-V and alot of other settings, linux & efi allowed me to bitflip it all on
