I have set this up before using various solutions, however i have always used the same base package: apt install maas [06:10] this time is a bit different I want to seperate the regional controller and the cluster controller [06:11] I have done this but my boot image sources are not found [06:11] simply put I get this error Error: No boot sources provide Ubuntu images. [06:12] does anyone know how to fix this? [07:02] ScottAM: what's the exact error message? [07:10] a google search leads to https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1375953, which is fixed last September. [07:10] Launchpad bug 1375953 in MAAS "bootsourcecache is not refreshed when sources change" [High,Fix released] [07:11] The exact error message is Error: No boot sources provide Ubuntu images [07:12] I did see that Bug but it doesn't seem to be the case [07:12] I just installed the system and set the admin password [07:15] There doesn't seem to be any different install instructions for seperate setups as opposed to setups that are configured on different servers === zz_CyberJacob is now known as CyberJacob [07:46] been researching a bit... is it a problem in a setup where the region-controller and the cluster-controller are on different servers if the maas command only exists on the cluster controllers? === CyberJacob is now known as zz_CyberJacob === mthaddon` is now known as mthaddon === gnuoy` is now known as gnuoy === lazyPower|Travel is now known as lazyPower === roadmr is now known as roadmr_afk === roadmr_afk is now known as roadmr === jfarschman is now known as MilesDenver === roadmr is now known as roadmr_afk === roadmr_afk is now known as roadmr === robbiew is now known as robbiew-afk === zz_CyberJacob is now known as CyberJacob
