=== wgrant_ is now known as wgrant === ara is now known as Guest1907 === doko_ is now known as doko [16:02] if there are any sru team members around, i'd like to get the juno stable update out (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1443429) today prior to next weeks openstack summit if possible [16:02] Launchpad bug 1443429 in nova (Ubuntu) " [SRU] juno 2014.2.3 point release" [Undecided,New] [16:03] please :-) === pgraner is now known as pgraner-lunch === pgraner-lunch is now known as pgraner [17:47] ScottK: Are you not using sru-review which would include the package name and version in the SRU comment? https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libqapt/+bug/1448929/comments/4 [17:47] Launchpad bug 1448929 in libqapt (Ubuntu Wily) "fix apt states" [Undecided,New] [17:48] bdmurray: I used sru-accept. [17:49] Right and if you used sru-review it would automatically add extra arguments when calling sru-accept that would make the bug comment more informative. [17:54] bdmurray: thank you for processing bug 1448533. This also needs copying forward to Wily now. Is this something I'm supposed to do? [17:54] bug 1448533 in percona-xtradb-cluster-5.6 (Ubuntu) "Packaging bug prevents install of PXC 5.6" [High,In progress] https://launchpad.net/bugs/1448533 [17:57] rbasak: I'm not an AA so actually don't know. [18:02] slangasek: ^^ halp. Is "copy-package --dry-run -b --from-suite vivid-updates --to-suite wily-proposed percona-xtradb-cluster-5.6" what I want? I think I'm allowed to do it? [18:05] rbasak: without the --dry-run probably? but yes, you can do that, it's ok-ish right now [18:06] Should we put that on the SRU page? [18:06] Done, thanks! [18:06] bdmurray: probably not, it's only allowed during the first weeks of the cycle and I don't really want to encourage it [18:07] * rbasak looks guilty [18:10] rbasak: I think its more a result of W opening a little late and wanting to get SRUs in quickly [18:11] bdmurray: yeah at the time I uploaded that SRU Wily wasn't yet open (or named) [18:55] * slangasek nods [20:12] cjwatson: A lot of utopic tests show up as "Test in progress" but they don't really seem to be - http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/utopic/update_excuses.html. For example, cinder, account-plugins. === Sarvatt_ is now known as Sarvatt === pgraner is now known as pgraner-afk [22:58] bdmurray: Usually jibel or pitti are best at investigating that kind of thing [22:59] cjwatson: okay, for future reference do you know what update-excuses is connecting to? [23:00] bdmurray: adt-britney talks to tachash.ubuntu-ci; I don't know exactly where things go behind that [23:00] I believe it was recently moved to a juju-deployed thing [23:01] but usually things stuck in "test in progress" mean that something in the stack is confused about which versions it's testing, or similar [23:06] (it's also possible I'm wrong and that responsibility for this has transitioned to CI; and it's furthermore possible that the transition itself is the cause of problems. I haven't been paying close attention to that [23:06] )
