bilalIs there a way to use juju API or some file in juju node where I can get the IPs of all machines that are being used in the whole openstack deployment?00:21

stubmarlinc: Juju lets you open ports and expose them to outside of the environment per service, which will use OpenStack security groups. Inside the environment however, you need to do your own firewalling. If you are writing your charms in Python, charmhelpers.contrib.ufw can help here.05:39
stubcharmhelpers.contrib.network.ufw sorry.05:40
stubmarlinc: I believe features are being worked on that will allow better control inside the environment, but I don't know what release is targetted.05:41

MmikeHi, lads. I upgraded juju on my control node to 1.24 (from 1.23). Now I'd like to upgrade agent across all the deployed services, but one by one. Is that possible? I see that juju upgrade-juju doesn't accept service name....10:58

cholcombecan i disable the sudo apt-get update everytime i run amulet?16:08
cholcombeor bundletester i mean16:08
cholcombelazyPower: is there a limit on how long bundletester tests can take overall?  I have 9 tests i think at this point16:16

lazyPowercholcombe: afaik just the standup side of the test.17:28
cholcombeok17:29
lazyPoweri think the tests themselves can be executed for any indeterminant amount of time17:29
lazyPowerif that's not the case, we should probably get a bug filed against bundletester to make that tuneable17:29

ezobndoes anybody know dhcp_agents in Kilo release of charms still installed by quantum ? or can like dvr installed by neutron-api/neutron-openvswitch charms ?17:43
lazyPowerezobn: i'm not sure what you're asking - can you clarify?17:44
ezobnlazyPower, I am trying to install Kilo Openstack using dvr option. So wondering do I still need the quantum charm ?17:47
lazyPowerah, i'm not goign to be much help i'm sorry. I would suggest you ping the mailing list with that question. Our OpenStack charming team is primarily UK based - and active on the ML as it helps them respond during their TZ operating hours.17:47
ezobnlazyPower, NP, just continue experimenting ;-) it is the only way to make sure ... :-)17:52
