=== zyga_ is now known as zyga [12:33] jsalisbury: hi [12:33] cristian_c, hello [12:35] cristian_c, i should have some time to get back on your bug this week [12:36] jsalisbury: exactly, what havenI to do, now? [12:36] or you [12:37] *I have to do [12:37] cristian_c, i'll review the bug again. I recall we finished the bisect and identified the regression [12:37] yes [12:38] cristian_c, i'll take a look and post an update [12:38] ok [13:17] sforshee: hey, re bug 1473560-- you said "I really though we had [13:17] picked up the two commits above in vivid, so maybe they just got lost in [13:17] the rebase." [13:17] sforshee: it *does* work in vivid. it is wily that is the issue [13:17] 4.0 and 4.1 [13:19] sforshee: by reading all of the comment, I think you maybe know that already? I just wanted to be extra sure [13:22] jdstrand: what I mean was that they got lost in the rebase from vivid to wily === shirgall is now known as Guest24322 [13:39] sforshee: ok. I thought that might be what you meant, but wanted to be doubly sure to save you time [13:44] lp: 1473560 [14:08] apw: any updates on the overlayfs with casper? [14:24] unixabg, sorry not had a chance to look at it yet [14:28] apw: ok just checking in on it and I am willing to test things if need be. The code in casper is [14:28] a bit different that how I used to create what I call partial squashfs updates (psu) with [14:29] http://live.debian.net/gitweb/?p=live-tools.git;a=blob_plain;f=bin/live-partial-squashfs-updates;hb=refs/heads/debian-next [14:31] wrt setup for overlay. As I recall I just created the ro lower list and overly liked that. [14:32] Just let me know if I can test something fo ryou on this matter. === ming is now known as Guest86022 === swordsmanz is now known as hugbiot === hugbiot is now known as swordsmanz === swordsmanz is now known as hugbot === hugbot is now known as swordsmanz === alvesadrian is now known as adrian [21:51] rtg: say, you know anything about the ath10k driver? It looks like firmware for QCA6164 (and 74) is becoming a blocker for Linux on current generator of Lenovo laptops. [21:52] I tried reading up on the ath10k ML about what's needed to get it, but I rapidly got lost. [21:52] kees, sforshee has been taking care of firmware lately [21:52] ah-ha! okay [21:52] sforshee: any thoughts on Bug 1436940? I'd love to help get it solved. I figure I've got reasonable chops looking at disassemblies, etc. [21:52] kees, which is an oblique way of saying I haven't a clue :) [21:53] I'm just not sure what's really _missing_ [21:53] rtg: heh, no worries! I don't either, really. :)
