[12:19] <rbasak> teward: looks fine to me, except that I'd use 2.6+debian.3-1ubuntu0.1 instead of 2.6+debian.3-1ubuntu1 based on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/UpdatePreparation#Update_the_packaging - it's clearer from the version it's an SRU then (though yours wouldn't cause any other issues).
