I've succesfully replaced my window manager in my session by editing .config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-session/xfce4-session.xml , but am unable to remove xfdesktop and xfce4-panel. Is there a better way for me to be going about changing the default session applications, or more reading I can do on xfsession in particular?
