=== ubuntu is now known as Guest2149 [08:59] hello ! [08:59] got a very odd problem : when I use ffado-mixer with FW 410, the mouse becomes "stuck" [09:00] I got a "hands' close" pointer and I can't click anything [09:00] the system is fully functionnal [09:00] but I can't click [09:24] Tumulte: Sounds strange. You could try dropping into a TTY and kill it [09:24] Ctrl + Alt + F1 [09:24] Login with your username and password [09:24] Then, try: killall ffado [09:25] Once you get to to "ffado", don't hit ENTER. Hit TAB a couple of times to see if it autocompletes to something [09:25] Once you find something to kill, hit ENTER [09:25] To get back to the graphical login, do Ctrl + Alt + F7 [09:26] It's either F7 or F8 [09:26] If that didn't work, you can reboot the system. One command is: sudo shutdown -r now [09:47] I already tried killing everything [10:16] should probably dig the messages [10:28] Since it's ffado-mixer, it could be qt [10:28] is there a CLI for this mixer ? [10:39] Not that I'm aware of [10:40] I've never had those issues myself. Which release are you on? [10:40] Did you add any PPAs? [10:40] na [10:40] it's pretty much a fresh US [10:40] I messed around with pulse [10:40] d'ont know where I burried the corpse though [10:42] zequence: so the answer is whatever version there's in US repo [10:42] Tumulte: The latest? 15.10? [10:42] yup [10:43] Ok. If you have time, it could be helpful if you did a bug report. You need a launchpad account. [10:43] From the terminal: ubuntu-bug [10:43] Let's see.. [10:43] Ah, the package name is ffado-mixer-qt4 [10:44] I will eventually try it myself. Think I already have though, but I'll double check. === professor is now known as Guest56128 [17:23] hi === b is now known as Guest56051 [22:43] feether === enzo is now known as Guest49790 [22:44] hello i hvae lost the volume [22:44] have [22:44] lost [22:44] anyone [22:44] chanserv [22:45] are you there [22:45] hello === Guest8656 is now known as ZeeNoodley [23:13] hello
