[20:24] <karolherbst> is there a way to tell lightdm/X/failsafe/wahtever to not create a xorg.conf file for my laptop?
[20:24] <karolherbst> something sets intel to modesetting and wants to drive the screen through nvidia
[20:24] <karolherbst> and when I delete the xorg.conf file and restart lightdm, it reappears
[20:31] <karolherbst> even my alternative settings gets overwritten
[21:03] <karolherbst> seriously, why is something overwriting my xorg.conf file before lightdm is even started and moves some totally messedup file in there?
