minasotaI don't mind the garters, If they get in the garage I catch them and move them outside00:01
minasotaTractor supply actually has a snake repellent you can use00:02
minasotaIt's a powder you can put down around the edge of your basement.00:02
Unit193I don't even know exactly how they get in, but the snakes are generally only a minor thing, slightly amusing even.01:06
minasotaanyone here ever setup postfix and dovecot?03:12
minasotahaving hard time keeping up03:30
minasotathe aliases for email use to be in /etc/postfix/virtual but now they are in /etc/aliases?03:31
minasotaUnless you use a db to handle the users, Which I guess I could do with mysql03:32
minasotaMaybe I'll ask here because I got my arse handed to me in #ubuntu...23:25
minasotaI know there have been some recent changes to openssl, but I as curious why ubuntu 14.04.4 has 1.0.1f-1ubuntu2 and debian has 1.0.2g-1 ?23:27
minasotaare they the same?23:28
Unit193As k1l said, Ubuntu doesn't generally update OpenSSL to the latest version in released versions of Ubuntu, rather they backport the security fixes to that version as released.  Constantly changing base things like that can break stuff in a production env, so to prefer stability they backport important security fixes.23:31
minasotaah, ok, that makes sense23:43
minasotawait, if you were there why didn't you say something?? thanks man... :p23:44
Unit193I wasn't exactly there, didn't see it either. :P23:44
minasotaah, so you scrolled thru the buffer and read the drama I guess :)23:46
Unit193Eh, not really that much.  Just kind of saw where you asked, and saw his answer.  Didn't actually read it all. :D23:46
minasotaI mentioned rkhunter griping about openssl being out of date23:47
minasotaHe assumed I didn't know what it was or had a lot of false positives23:48
