[23:03] <chucky_z> hello, I need to add a power_state: entry to a cloud.cfg, but I'm unsure of where to put it.
[23:03] <chucky_z> should it go straight into the cloud.cfg at the bottom, or inside a cloud.cfg.d file?  This is on CentOS 7 specifically
