[15:39] <cjwatson> jhobbs: Yes, though not nicely wrapped up in a command or anything.  You can use an sftp client to fetch .bzr/branch/branch.conf, add a line to it reading "append_revisions_only = True", and then upload that back to .bzr/branch/branch.conf again using sftp
