=== \b is now known as benonsoftware [15:16] what does failed to load module "overlay-scrollbar" mean? is it serious? [15:18] I keep trying to dualboot windows 10 and ubuntu studio and it keeps not booting grub and booting windows instead is there a way I can send a report [17:06] good morning people! [17:06] is someone alive? [17:21] victor_: we are all alive... maybe not always listening or watching [17:27] all right! thanx for your answer OvenWerks [17:27] now I'll ask [17:27] I'm trying to run jack server into a Raspberry Pi [17:27] but everyone I try that I get this error [17:27] JackEngine::XRun: client = fluidsynth was not finished, state = Running [17:27] JackAudioDriver::ProcessGraphAsyncMaster: Process erro [17:28] any idea of where's the problem between fluidsynth and jack? because in alsa I have a good sound but a really big big latency [17:28] Audio on the RPi is different than on the Intel or ther PCs [17:28] It is a hardware problem [17:29] jack has to run in non-RT and the latency has to be higher. The audio interface is not irq based, but polled. [17:29] There are people who have successfully run jack on the RPi... I am not one of them :) [17:30] But it seems to me they run a very bare bones system with no GUI [17:39] OvenWerks [17:39] thanx for your information [17:40] I'll try to follow a crazy tutorial about that [17:44] http://lists.linuxaudio.org/pipermail/linux-audio-user/ is the LAU archives. I am not sure how to search it. [17:44] But I do know there has been at least one thread about audio on the RPi [17:45] http://wiki.linuxaudio.org/wiki/raspberrypi [17:46] The author of this message: http://lists.linuxaudio.org/pipermail/linux-audio-user/2015-March/101007.html [17:46] Has used his Pi as a guitar effect. (lower latency) [17:48] victor__: ^^ [17:50] ow I see [17:50] honestly I was thinking on try this one: [17:50] http://wiki.linuxaudio.org/wiki/raspberrypi [17:50] oh is the same one! [17:50] oke [17:50] I'll try that
